Great video. I never knew about this program. Please, is the program still in operation? Also, how much is required to be in your bank account when you submit the statement? Suggestion: It would also be nice to have the visa requirements listed on the screen at the end of the video.

Hey! I’m not sure if the program is still in operation but as at the time of the video, it was still ongoing. The standard requirement is $10000 for each school year I believe. Your suggestion is noted, thank you.

Hey! Hmm not sure, maybe if you write the IELTS exam and then let them know you have an update for your application cause you won’t be able to update it without letting them know I guess. Or you can just wait it out or send them an email to confirm?

Hi, you can do the police certificate at the police station in Ikoyi (Alagbon). For you to apply for any study visa, you need an admission and the admission letter from the school.

Hello! Yes, definitely I believe you should be able to reapply using the NSE pathway.

I think they will, there’ll be a section related to ‘Medical’ where you can upload the document. While answering the questions that’ll provide the checklist, just ensure to select ‘yes’ when asked if you’ve done your Medicals.

Hey! Yes for the Nigerian student express, the IELTS is mandatory. I think it’s the IELTS academic you’d have to do.

The bank statement should have sufficient funds for your fees (Atleast the first year/term) and $10000 per school year.

Hello! I'm not sure there is a way to switch the application after submission. However, I think the processing time for study permits now is 2months.

I believe the requirements are that you’d have to get a band 6 and higher - so I think you’d qualify. You can check the cic website for confirmation.

I believe you can, however, it is much better applying paying atleast certain amount of your fees.

I won't advice that - when the admission is granted and you are preparing for the visa application, that's a better time to do it.

Hi, i'm planning to use the express entry for a visa. I was told the express entry is no different from the regular visa application.My visa consultant said it actually takes way more then 20 days with the express option, is this true?

Hey! The Nigerian student express scheme is quite different from the regular application cause you provide most of your document upfront which shortens the time it takes to process. It may not be exactly 20 days anymore and I guess this is due to the pandemic.
