@@funnydoge505 It would take minimum 5 minutes to RUN to the control room because if you look how far it is from the core, you will understand. Also the rods were not jumping, maximum there was a drag because one of them weights around 200kg.

@@comondere2801 The control rods were locked at the end of the rod aka the graphite. Graphite are used in reactors to speed up the amount of heat being produced to increase the amount of electricity So it sky rocketed causing the core of reactor #4 to reach more than 1132°C, causing the uranium to melt down and blend with surrounding zirconium, graphite, and sand into a radioactive lava called corium, which burned through the floors and seeped into the basement. Because of the amount of pressure still building up the control rods begin bouncing up and down. So a worker rushes to the control room to them but it is to late, The pressure inside the core can no longer be held back in an instant the lid blows off the reactor, it combines with hydrogen and superheated graphite and so in a few seconds there is a chain reaction causing the roof to blow off the building. there are a few mistakes in this because by the time the reactor reached 37000°C it blew, this is just a prediction. So when you said that it reached 50000°C it never reached that because by the time the whole building would have blown up.

this is at some part bad. The reactor power at explosion was 32k MW not 50k. and nobody was at reactor hall when it exploded.

Actually, the real power that went inside the core was much lot probably but the sensors couldnt reach that high in a matter of seconds. And actually there was someone in the reactor hall and its name was Perovoschenko, but he litterally went running super fast to the control room and survived the explosion, but died of radiation minutes after.
