I think you're wrong mate and you miss out on some serious gains. This cycle will go down as the meme cycle and Matt Furie narrative will be hot. Most new investors coming into the space will be investing in memes and good narrative is one thing that a good meme needs. I see Hoppy passing 1b MC with ez.

for everyone invested, I hope it does! I believe memecoins will in fact do quite well this cycle, however I think new investors will put their money in memes they are familiar with. That is why I'm so bullish on PONKE. Millions of people have already been introduced to PONKE through memes on social media and will FOMO in towards the top after sitting on the sidelines for most of the run up. If HOPPY had even half the social media reach PONKE does I would possibly be bullish

I started following this project on X early June and it had 2k followers and almost the same amount of holders , now it has over 20k followers and almost 12k holders, beautiful chart, good, active team and it has only been around for a couple of months. Hoppy was created 7 years after Pepe, but that's beside the point. PEPE made Matt Furie famous. More specifically, the memers on 4chan, reddit and twitter made Matt Furie's character (Pepe) famous...and recently rich. None of these Pepe impostors are worth shit. Matt Furie IS INTO DIGITAL ART (i.e., NFTs). He has many sets out and one card in the OG Rare Pepes collection from 2016-2018. That is where 90% of my crypto holdings reside. Scarce. Digital. Relics of the early blockchain.

Brett can be easily dumped by the insiders who own a large portion of the project. I personally think the only one that’s promising of all of these is Hoppy. I believe Matt furie mentioned that the Hoppy character was the inspiration for Pepe. I think these potential there atleast. Meme coins are saturated now in the the crypto space now so who knows who will survive in the long run.

fair point, but WIF differentiated itself by having an actual dog icon and it went somewhat viral earlier this year being on the LV Sphere. Billy is riding the hype of WIF, but it doesn't look particularly special to me personally. WIF was more successful because it wasn't trying to copy another coin, and branded itself without connections to pepe/doge etc. A rising tide lifts all boats but I personally prefer memecoins with strong marketing, viral capabilities, or a narrative that aligns with popular news (for example: AI)
