Just wish people would give Vetex a break. They've been in the industry for longer than most of us have been alive, on top of having a job (I assume), and it's not like they do it for the money - Roblox development does NOT pay well, and there are very few gamepasses in AO. Just cut them some slack - they're human, they make mistakes, and if you look past the main issue, the new update is incredible.

Istg Vetex should just stop using 3D objects in INVENTORY. Imagine you are being locked on a warehouse with hundreds of items with different amount of polygons and it's in your pocket. And you have a normal map around you that your PC has to render, and there are visual effects and particles and stuff. That's why stuff lagging. Simple solution: Use Images instead of 3D objects for inventory. Voila. Sadly it will take alot of repetitive boring work.

The fact that you can just lose all of your good weapons in Arcane in a single update is crazy. Especially since the ONLY thing they gave back was luck THREE for 3 DAYS. No rollback, no giving back items ("We are unable to restore any lost weapons due to proof being able to be faked 🤡🤓☝") but a single boost that isn't even the best boost you can have in the game. As a part 1, its also lackluster. Hopefully part 2 is actually worth while.

Honestly I feel like this could have been avoided if vetex took the time and actually ran through everything before it was released. Hey so easiest way to get the sealed chests which I did with a friend is to just run around for a bit get a bunch of treasure charts but there are only a small amount of dig sites right now so you can get the sealed chests that way easily (They got the same drops as bronze though as far as we have found) ALSO make sure to get the fortunate shovel enchant it will give you plenty of gold chests from digging

Seriously? The bug was undoubtedly the fault of, if not Vetex, his testers. His entire team of testers quite literally test nothing and its been apparent since the potion update where they didn't even think of applying gels to attacks to see how broken it was. And no, the update did not add a lot of things. The main quest could be finished in 15 minutes, 10 of those minutes spent sailing to Sameria. Not to mention the balancing in combat, the new spear skill is extremely powerful as compared to the massive nerfs he gave to all sub stats. He messed up the pvp by adding a renown shield forcing players to be bad rep to even fight. The game is less laggy you're right, but theres only 5 people int he server LOL what are you even talking about, when AO came out it was much less laggy as well because the server limit was just 5. Once he reverts, it'll just be the same. There were already 10 thousand bug report tickets only an hour after the update came out. There are countless of other complaints made my not only me, but others. Saying that this was a good let alone decent update is just you riding his d. Sure, I don't blame vetex, but he needs to get a group of actual testers who aren't just people that are well known in the community. People who are ACTUALLY competent.

the bug was the fault of roblox, they had already tested the change of the weapon level beforehand in the test universe which i had explained, was identical to the maingame. Roblox was the one who somehow managed to mess it up. You also didn't listen during the fps part, I explained I was getting good frames both in the Bronze sea AND Nimbus sea. And this WAS a good update if you look past the weapon wipe. The entire build revamp, the amount of items that got added in this update and the diversity of the items is more than the dark sea update. Sure gameplay wise it isnt, but introducing a new sea takes the most amount of time. I have experience from playing arcane adventures as well and in this one update it added more than anything that was added in a new sea update in AA. But yea you are right about the tester situation tho, i genuinely dont know what do they do 💀

I'll also be skipping the bugs because again, bug riddled updates has been vetex's thing since Arcane Adventures (testers at fault). Besides that, you can't actually be saying the update was good. For reference, this update took half a year, roughly the same time as the dark seas did -what I consider a good update-. Ask around the community and you'd see that most people find the update to be lackluster. This update felt like two incomplete updates jumbled up together rather than a proper baseline for future Nimbus sea updates. 1) The actual Nimbus sea update and 2) The item/build update There are five new islands in this update, 2 of which are built by contributors. Meaning vetex had worked on Sameria and the two other wilderness. And as big as Sameria was, it was ultimately to give the illusion of vastness. And vast it was, but it was vast emptiness. There are only two sidequests, both poorly thought of (bad quest is a problem of the game not the update. But having only two is crazy for how easy it is to make.). Theres also nothing to do in Sameria except the addition of higher level bounty/renown npcs that uses new epic skills (something that has been coded since the game's released. All he had to do was highten the level cap.) . Hell, he didn't even bother finishing the navy base which was supposed to just be a small island. Instead, he chose to just put three jail cells in Nimbus. Talk about lazy. I understand this is only part one of Nimbus. But for half a year more sea content was definitely to be expected. At least add all the islands that serves a purpose and leave the wilderness and polishing for later Nimbus parts. But again, he felt the update would be too boring that way, so naturally, he added grind. That grind was new armor and very few new weapons. The best thing about this update is the new build variety I can't disagree. But that was it. Infact, I think the new stats and build deserves its own minor update adding more, well designed items. I have no complaints about the stat except that healing is bugged and doesnt even work (testers?). What I feel is incomplete about this is that theres nothing to justify the adding of new stats. Combat both pve and pvp was going to be the same, he only added a few new weapon skills, some of which were blatant reskins, and the horrible magic m1 that serves 0 purpose and its low effort animation like a 2012 roblox game. The level cap was only raised by 11 as well. I thought this could save the update as it would provide hybrid builds with new skills for example warlock axe slash, but he just decided to up the stat requirement instead to keep the combat repetitive. Itwould have caused imbalance, but it could easily be fixed by giving investment classes new skills as well. This is why I think it deserves its own update to fully enhance the combat and build making. The update is decent at best, and by no means is it good like you say it is. I'm sure a lot of people agree on this. Half a year btw. Note: This is just content wise, I haven't even gotten into the bugs and how his team reacted to the backlash.

if your warrior or knight with the basic arcsphere use the stat reset. if you reset stats and unequip/equip it’ll turn to whatever magic your file has. i got 5 lighting arcspheres which is the best magic imbue

The old stats also had many changes like agility. The agility requirement requirement for insta T jump and some dodge reflex was 200 but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I have 203 agility but no insta jump. Was this mechanic removed or was the requirement changed? If it was changed then how much agility is needed now? Was wondering if u knew. Awesome vid btw❤

I think a better solution to the dodge reflex problem is to make it so that the more attack size you have, the less damage the attack deals. That way there may not be as many 300 attack size players. And if, the attacks wouldnt be as powerful

I think that nimbus sea was a huge L for vetex. First the sunken wipe was detrimental to a big portion of players, then luck potion nerf, making sunkens practically imposiblle to get, 15 minutes of story content, crappy boss that goes invincible every 5-7 seconds. Though he added Sameria witch was the only good think about the update and also new fighting, vitality and magic armor pieces, i rate this update 3/10.
