Saying Bama looked like the better team in 2024 Rose Bowl is objectively wrong lmao. Bama didn’t take lead til 4th Q, and Michigan had multiple opportunities to take a more commanding lead that they they shot themselves in the foot. One I think of most is Semaj dropping a slant that if he had caught it there was no one in front of him to catch him

The defenses were impressive but I think if Michigan doesn’t muff the punt the 2nd time I think Michigan wins it with 50 seconds in regulation.

Georgia didn’t get diced for 4 quarters in that Rose bowl against Oklahoma. They got punched hard and fast in the first half then only gave up one offensive touchdown in the second half. We can make that Rose Bowl or the Peach Bowl against Ohio State the greatest CFP game of all time without looking at any other game.

The defining moment in Alabama Michigan was Milroe’s fumble when Alabama was driving down the field to ice the game. As for the last play, just like the entire season, Milroe received a low snap that killed the timing of the play.

I would not say it looked like Alabama was “dominating” Michigan in last year’s Rose Bowl game. If Michigan didn’t have a complete choke job of a special teams unit, that game could’ve been very ugly for Saban.
