Absolutely loving this show. The evolution of Tony and Francis's relationship has been my favorite part. Especially watching him go through all of the self loathing and apathy, to being such a caring, authentic friend to her. It's beautiful.

I have to say the storyline at times was making me think “whattt?” It was getting confusing and unrealistic of course. However the calibre of these actors in this really saves a not so good storyline and makes it amazing and makes you feel every emotion with the characters along the way. They basically saved it tbh. Casting was spot on.

I do however still get a bit annoyed with Melissa having to have her husband involved in every project even though he sticks out like a sore thumb and is most times not needed. What’s that about? You think she puts it in her contract as a stipulation? It’s getting annoying.

Sorry this pretentious show is appalling! The characters are shallow and the script is dreadful. Best feature is great locations and cinematography. The acting is patchy and the cast look embarrassed at times. Generally love Kidman but her performance in this one is pedestrian.

I think a lot of Liane Moriarity fans get butthurt by the drug and suicide aspect of this story and instead of saying so... they just claim the story is poorly written. This is one of the best series in a long time... notwithstanding the botched attempts to revise plotlines in the book. Not a fan of those. The weakest actor was Kidman, that I agree with... she wasn't convincing of the Russian ethnicity at all.
