You get used to delayed flights sadly, 0 mins delayed is not bad!!. The Lounge does not look that great.... I must book a few Lounges on my next weekly working trips....

Emirates all the way,north Terminal lounge is good,worth paying for it really as for what you get.Starts the holiday off.

Was in that lounge 4 years ago..business class with Turkish Airlines to BKK...hasn't changed...You mentioned Bamboo Airways..From Vietnam and they do fly to BKk via Vietnam. Was going to book them last time I flew but apparently no alcohol served in coach..

Just got into Bangkok today suvarnabhumi immigration was packed both of them. It looked busier than high season.. I also have priority pass with my Amex platinum. I was using the passes that I was turning down airline food. Some of the lounges can be hit or miss so much so that a company can have two lounges in different terminals and one is good and one isn’t.

Absolutely correct. No.1 has a lounge in both North and south terminals at Gatwick.

Suvarnabhumi immigration has always been a pain, I’ve only gone there from Heathrow though with EVA Air and Thai airway

It is nice to see another side of Gatwick Airport. I have seen many it times on a Border security show., Where people get busted smuggling an Orange or 5 lbs of Jamaican snow. I was just thinking the last time I arrived at BKK The gentleman in front of me in line had his poker game paraphernalia confiscated including some Dice 😮
