Brand New has been my favorite band by far since I discovered them on MTV's "Underground Bands You Should Check Out" or something like that. They showed like a 10 second clip of the music video for "The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows" & I was instantly obsessed. Lol. I didn't know about the Peep collab tho. Thanks. I'm gonna go check it out right now. 🤪✌️

This kind of music is so beautiful and pure to me 🤷🏻‍♀️ it's sad that people can only appreciate the music in which talks about sex drugs and money the whole time. Wish it would change. Yeah believe it or not that's how most music is made, and peep wasn't the first, the practice has been around almost as long as music it's just only recently that it's becoming way overdone bc the tools needed to do it are easier and the easier it gets to get the tools the less integrity people hold on to for having them, it's a shame bc peep was the best at this in a long time

True. I made this 5 years ago with equalizer software, for myself just to alleviate the ringing noise while wearing headphones. Anymore removal of the noise completely altered the sound of the entire song, but it certainly helped for me at least with headphones, so I uploaded it. I've thought about it recently with my current knowledge of recording software and if I were to do it again, I would upload the song into Ableton and create a gate effect and set a high end frequency limit to negate the ringing noise, without altering the rest of the sound of the song like equalizing does.
