shield swaps need to not be a thing from death boxes. if you kill one you get 2 shield blocks back, if you assist on that kill, you get 1 shield block back middle ground fix also a 3rd party can benefit from the armor too assisting on a kill etc.

Not all passives get silenced. Lifeline, gibby, seer, ash, mirage, octane, and Valk are not immune to Rev tactical. Bang, loba, fuse, path, rampart, crypto, caustic, horizon, wattson, Rev, hound, Wraith, and Maggie are immune.
