It's hard to know what to do with those sections and hard for me to help without showing u. But with my students there are a few things I suggest. 1. Listen to the track and see what there drummer Does. 2. Remember this isn't a chance for u to do an epic drum solo. 3. If u were playing along to the song and had no sheet music what would u play? 4. Take the bar before the development section starts. That bar is a guide to what your playing throughout the development section. You just have the freedom to mess with it a little and maybe add the occasional little drum fill to spice it up. Maybe add an extra snare or bass drum as well just to spice it up. Does this help?

Its a tricky one, but its as simple as holding ur foot loose on the hi hat. Its meant to be muddy sounding.
