Baring my soul here. #grabbed Scorpio nodes in 03/04, I was putting myself thru Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture school by working in adult entertainment. I was a dominatrix and also worked prepping meals (craft services) on porn shoots! No, I never did a porn film (if I don’t count the spanking film or the one where I played a coroner).😱

In both sets of years from 2003 -2004 I lost my job working as a supervisor at an educational supply store and worked for a friend of mine. From 2012 - 2014 I started focusing on renewing my teacher certification after attempting to complete my 2nd Masters Degree in Social Work which was not successful. I worked at a Deli trying not to find work in a field I had my education in as a teacher. I felt pulled to do anything. I have natal Jupiter in Scorpio and natal Saturn in Taurus. The nodes would be hitting these planets eventually. The North Node in Taurus was in my 6th house and South Node in Scorpio in my 12th. In 2015 I was hired as a substitute teacher and met my partner. Both were difficult times for me. I didn't listen to my intuition. Instead I let others tell me what I should be doing. I have been told to see a therapist so I did and the therapist could not help. So I went back to Astrology to seek answers. I first started studying astrology when I was 26 (1996).

Everyone (evolutionary astrologers) makes it seem like this will be rainbows and butterflies for those born NN taurus, SN Scorpio...however, those times were extremely brutal for me. #Grabbed Scorpio-Taurus Eclipses 2003-04 In July 2003 a series of events occurred in quick succession, that rocked our lives. For context my husband has a stellium in Scorpio 4th H (Sun, Jupiter, Mercury, Venus Rx and Neptune) with natal Saturn in Taurus 10th H. I have Moon in Scorpio 3rd H, nothing in Taurus 9th. In July 2003 a best friend of my husband's died in a motorcycle accident. In August, my 53 year old mother-in-law was diagnosed with aggressive cancer. In October my husband was attacked outside a bar and had the end of his nose bitten off (I tried to pull the attacker off). This assaults led to a lengthy legal court battle and many reconstructive surgeries. In November his mother died and he delivered the eulogy with a disfigured face. In December we found out I was pregnant for our first child. In May of 2004, I began having complications and had to take early leave from my teaching job for a six week hospital stay and eventual planned C-section. Our son was premature, but thankfully in good health. There were other events in addition to these during that time period - but I think you get the picture. This was a harrowing time, but one that also had some more positive outcomes. Not only was our son born, but all of this resilience building allowed us to make it through many hard times that have followed. It was a defining period in so many ways. During the 2012-2014 cycle, my sisters and I found out we had a brother we didn't know about,.....I won't go into to those details. Needless to say, I'm a little nervous about the current eclipse cycle, but knowing the astrology has helped me prepare and stay mindful of how I'm interacting with the world.

#grabbed in 2003/2004 (2nd/8th house axis) It was decided I was not able to attend the same high school as all my friends and this was a really low and solitary period of my life, especially at school. I had 1 friend and sometimes would sit alone at lunches, not really attend school events, I dreaded going to school every day. The good part of it was I was focused on studies (which got kind of obsessive, but earned me a full ride to college for the 1st 2 yrs), and I leaned really hard into my family’s religion during the lowest points because I was denied mental health counseling by my family and needed something to help. I held on to the faith I was raised in for hope and better days. I did end up making some friends in the church and was focused on volunteering with the church during those years. I still love to volunteer when I’m able to after experiencing how compassion and sacrifice can be transformational and positive. Given how painful and sorrowful that time was, I am not very optimistic about the nodes returning here 😅

#Grabbed 2003/2004 North Node in Taurus in 3H and South Node in Scorpio in 9H. I left South Africa, moved to London to teach and travel. Astrology is so precise and magical - just love it! With Jupiter in my 1 H in Pisces these were liberating years of growth. I loved being a foreigner in a cosmopolitan city. I felt anonymous and free. But it was not an entirely easy time in my life as I was also grappling with an emotionally troubled partner. Returned to SA in 2005 to deal with some harsh realities during my Saturn return. The difficulties in my material / emotional world definitely opened me up to experience the spiritual realms of life.

#GRABBED I have my north node in Scorpio. I lost my entire family & I was thrust into shadow work like nobody's business! I learned a lot about myself and although very very difficult, this transformation helped me grow! This is why I truly see the beauty is disaster (the tower card in tarot); it's a life experience that has given me the key to my south north in Taurus to help balance out the two opposite energies.

soo I‘m a scorpio sun and rising, and I turned 24 just a few weeks ago starting my 1H profection year activating my scorpio ascendant even more, and in january my secondary progressed moon will move into taurus. Uranus has already been doing it‘s weird stuff in my 7H but it will for sure even get more intense, now that there is SO MUCH focus on the whole 1/7House axis with me, this should get very very interessting, and I‘m so ready for it also btw all your previous deeper explanations of the nodes was super helpful! I also learned something new from my name amiya, which has it‘s roots in amrita, the godly nectar which the dragon tried to drink and got slayed into two parts forming rahu and ketu. I knew what my name meant but I did not know it had to do with the Rahu Ketu Story, I highly recommend everyone that is interessted in watching acyutas other videos on the nodes or purchasing the in depth video in his kickstarter 🤗

This was really interesting. My husband has the North Node in Scorpio and South Node in Taurus so I think learning about these two nodes will be insightful. I love your take on this too. I think co sideline both points of view is interesting. I love how you say we are not our Karma and that e can't burn off Karma. I am an adopted child who met my birth parents when I was 25, and had built a 20 year relationship with them and their kids, my siblings. I also have Scorpio Moon & Rising in my 1st House, and in 2013 a fight between my birth sister and I occurred one weekend and from that point to now they have shut me out of their lives…. AGAIN. So the Eclipse season in Taurus/Scorpio, activating my Moon and Rising had the effect of essentially recreating events in which they make a conscious choice to abandon me again. One of the most difficult and painful things to have happen to me after the death of my adopted mother in 2012. So in the space of one year I lost my adopted mother, and my birth mother. My entire experience in this life has been a lesson in being alone. Curiously, this year after the June Solar eclipse in Taurus, my 16 year old son decided that he wanted to live permanently with his dad. Another trigger and activation of my Scorpio Moon, this time influencing my personal family with the result being exactly the same thing; abandonment. So needless to say, I am not overly excited to see how this next few years of eclipse energy will rampage my home and family life. I have 2 other children at home, and worry that the intention of this energy is to completely leave me isolated and alone in the world. It is also worth noting that I moved from Scotland back home to Canada after living abroad for 3 years in 2004. I moved from Thunder Bay to Toronto in 2012 AND just moved from Toronto, Ontario to the north of New Brunswick in June 2021 just after the Taurus eclipse. All these moves were motivated by or had detrimental effects on my intimate or family relationships. The nodes when they activate my Moon do so in ways that highlight and trigger the original trauma of my birth and sense of abandonment.

Thank you for explaining the direct proportionality of increase and decrease here… the finger trap metaphor is brilliant! I’ve been confused for years by something that happened to my heart the last time we had the nodes in these signs, where I have Venus Rx conjunct the North Node (in Scorpio), and this clicked for me. I will be spending more time with this in the coming weeks. I’ve felt an urgency that I come to finally face and understand the last Venus Rx in Cap (my rising), and I think this was a strong influence on that story in my life. I continue to be very grateful for your work, Acyuta; I’ve learned so much from you in your videos, and I’m excited to continue my learning in your class this year.

#Grabbed on the metaphysical side of things 2003-2004 aggressive paradigm shift away from my purist christian background and totally renewed myself with eastern philosophies - this was a build up of beliefs. Going into the year 2012 I began to experience another major shift though this time through a breakdown of beliefs (I post-moderned myself) which left me in and out of psychosis and depression for years of dark night. Over this last year I have made stunning movements towards magick and the esoteric path unlike I've ever let myself (like starting to study with you a couple weeks ago!) and this more holistic build up of beliefs is, again, very renewing to my soul. Wow! This for me is stunningly familiar! 2003/4 huge shift from christianity towards humanism and a more philosophical approach, I was studying to become a Therapeutic Counsellor, this also led to forays into many belief systems. 2012 I had a push pull back and forth to christianity and the gnostic/mystic traditions whilst looking at energy work such as reiki and tarot. As with you it led to crisis and depression and a dismantling of my life inner and outer. Over the past 18 months I have embraced esoteric traditions and particularly qabalah and have studied and practice tarot for self knowledge and astrology. The embracing of much of the ancient traditions is a consequence of the journey over many years in the search for truth and meaning and I finally feel at peace with this more open and diverse approach and a sense of deep inner nourishment and growth

#grabbedtaurusscorpio2012to2014 was probably some of the toughest years for me to date. At the time, I was a new mom, my son was 1 years old, I was experiencing postpartum depression (which I didn’t know at the time) and was working full-time. I seemed to keep piling things on my plate to keep myself busy even though I was really suffering mentally. I was trying really hard to be the perfect mom who could do it all (nn in the 6th) but i felt like a fraud. Mentally, tried to escaped in different ways, drinking too much at the end of the day to cope with stress, isolating myself and never asking for help from loved ones. (sn in the 12th) Looking back on it now, I’m grateful for the lessons I learned through it all.

This was really ground breaking for me. I'm a Scorpio sun and Taurus ascendant. In 2003 -2004 I was working for a bank lol and making a significant amount of money but I really hated the job. It was one of my darkest moments and I did deal with a lot of betrayl but found my soul in the process. 2012 - 2014 was such a shining moment for me and lead to so much career advancement with my coaching business. This will be an interesting ride. I think the best way to see the karmic waters would be the lessons that we are tasting to get know who we are and once we learn through these lessons we are guided to the next wave of possibilities. I don't really identify with Karma in the way you explained but I see how what we put into the waters of life will be what we eventually swim in.

I've always been fascinated by the nodes. I'm a Capricorn North Node 5th house. My daughter's North Node is my South Node in Cancer. I'm always paid attention to her actions and opinions in life, and contrast them with my own. I've always been self-employed with my Mom, who is a Cancer. She and I have always chattered while working for much of my life. I listen to her opinions and watch her actions, and contrast them with my own. It has been a way for me to live my North Node and my South Node at the same time. My Mom passed when I was born, then returned. We call ourselves twins because she had no memory of her early life before I was born. She has Saturn in Capricorn in her natal chart. We are two ends of a polarity at times, and strongly discuss two sides of the same coin. It is a challenging and interesting relationship, and has been balancing for both of us.

Wow this explanation resonated so deeply for me and illuminated such a huge pattern for me! I have natal north node in scorpio in the fifth house and wow during that 2012-2014 year I had started college and was constantly chasing casual relationships and intimacy, physically and emotionally, and then being so bummed about how my boy-craziness was diminishing my friendships! I totally learnt ketu’s lessons on how valuable friendships and a solid support network was to me because the highs and lows of all the fifth house recreational matters wasn’t a solid sustainable way to feel good.

Oh! Thank you so much for your perspective. It definitely resonates more than what I have come to understand about the north/south nodes. I am a Taurus rising and and moon, with libra/Aries nodes. In 2012 I left an abusive almost 10 year relationship and left behind everything. I took only what I needed. It felt liberating and I freed myself. That year I had such a spiritual awakening. Chose peace over being in a failing institution of Marriage and I was able to gain my internal peace because I was able to go somewhere that would allow me the space I needed to heal and solitude. My dreams and interactions with others were spiritually psychic. I slept a lot, I felt like I had been in a war. And was able to finally get a much needed break for rejuvenation and spiritual work.

I had an amazing experience in September 2012 when my north natal node sat directly on the transiting node- in Scorpio. I met the love of my life and had an amazing 5 years with him until he passed away. I had a reading about this in my chart because my love’s node was also conjunct mine at that time. I was told it signifies fated meetings. I’m really excited to see what this Scorpion node will be for me!

I'm pretty sure they think that because they are aware of astral stalking groups of hunters and gangstalkers and cve hunters, hobbiests etc.. and they don't have objective discernment, and turn a blind eye to the societal systems that create the problems and stock the ponds with them. It's a club of bully hunting enthusiasts. And child sacrifice in parts or whole, end up fully traumatized for them to hunt later whether they broke cycles or perpetuated them.

My north node (house 12th) is in Taurus, as is my ascendant, my Sun is in Aquarius and I also have Pluto in Scorpio. during 2003 I started a career as a dentist, a career that was my "better than nothing" choice, and my father (who was a very creative artist) passed away. During 2012-2014, I graduated as a periodontist and after trying working on it for a year, I decided to follow my passion (audiovisual arts), and also I started a path of meditation, ayahuasca, cannabis smoking, traveling and having different shallow relationships. Now I think I am focusing on making my stop motion entrepreneurship something sustainable while keeping the meditation going (discovering the spiritual life in the material world).

#grabbed in 2012, November or October, I was the third year of my studies, and I got very sick, some intestinal virus that almost killed me - inflammation levels measured in my blood were 20x the normal, and even though I got through it and survived, I was tired and very weak which resulted in stagnation in Uni to this day. Also, I got into a first serious relationship with a girl from Uni who got me into astrology.

#grabbed North node in Scorpio in Sept 2012 to March 2014 in my 1st house.... I developed a bad binge eating disorder (I also natally have the north node, Jupiter, and Pluto in the 1st/Scorpio). I didn't get a real handle over it until the north node went to Libra (although Jupiter in Scorpio in 2017 brought some of the tendencies back, but it wasn't nearly as intense as the north node). I also broke up with my then boyfriend of 3 years to focus on myself

@@kittystaff9476 Indeed Scorpio Types have a naivety about life that takes them into some dark places, but if they don’t kill them self’s first they can become awesome well adjusted mature responsible adults with a passion and intensity that is hard to match.They are great fathers ,husbands and partners as long as they are content with the position in life that he has created for himself and others. I’ve had some very intense relationships with Scorpio people, myself being a Scorpio Ascendent with a Leo Sun and Capricorn 🌙 Moon . My sister-in-law (was) a Scorpio Sun ,my oldest Son and his Wife are Scorpio Ascendent’s 🤦‍♀️😐 and my niece’s companion Scorpio Sun ☀️ at age 24 with a 4 year old Son took his life because my niece a Sagittarius rejected him and he couldn’t live without her this happened just after we got locked down in 2020.Scorpio’s can be overwhelmed when being rejected! I think 🤔 that the Scorpio Sun ☀️ have a harder time with their shadows than the Scorpio Ascendent’s do as the Ascendent’s are integrating the Mars/Pluto energy as the Suns personality.Where is the Scorpio Sun has integrated this energy and should not be as clumsy as the Ascendent applying such a water/fire combination which is a whole lot of Steam 😂. I love Gemini my Mother was a wild Gemini Sun with a Aries Ascendent.I had to share her with the whole world, everyone and his brother two called her Mom 🤷🏼‍♀️. Super interesting, thank you. In Sept. 2012, I got a surprise promotion and moved to Paris. (I'm Scorpio 4th house, Taurus 10th house). I also went through an absolutely excruciating and psychologically f***** up break-up with a partner I thought was completely rock-solid. We'd been going out for 4-5 years and had agreed to get engaged. While I worked 60-80 hours per week in a different city, the relationship took an abrupt nose-dive. I felt like commitment to career at that time both contributed to the relationship loss, and kept me from a relationship that was NOT what I expected and would have been a disaster marriage. Mid-2014, I decided to move back to my original city and changed to the job I'm currently still in now. Really the entire time 2003 til now. both cycles brought similar themes. 2003/2004 i lost my grandfather, gave birth to my son and was having physical fights with my BF. 2004 we moved to where i am now and had conflicts with another tenants here who subsequently moved shortly after. 2012/2014 i was dating a new man and we were also having physical fights. we got engaged end of 2012, my grandmother died and a few months later, my BF and i broke up. a different man came into the picture 2013, a man that seemed nice, caring, kind. i considered moving to be with him in his state, i visited there in May 2014 and decided no because there were no sparks between us. a few months later in 2014 i met a different man that im still with now. He was more exciting but it has been hell. cheating, lies and physical abuse. He recently asked me to marry him, i said no. we have broken up and i have court against him due to last violent fight. im also having problems with another tenant here. Now, im afraid, someone will die, as did the other two times and i will continue to be in all this suffering but i recently signed up for yoga specifically for Trauma and abuse and that guy form 2014 that seemed nice, came back into my life via txt. Hopefully Jupiter moving into my 5th this is a new start to something.

With the girls I fell pregnant immediately, but trying for my son was fraught - it took such a long while in comparison, and as soon as I did - my body gave out on me. To say I had a difficult time was an understatement, I couldn’t look after the girls or the home properly as I was confined to bed for months in pain. In 2012/13 we had moved farm house and because of the move again it affected my health, I quit my job to give myself time to catch up with myself - in the mean time we had problems with the heating system in the house and my teenage daughter gets pregnant also my best friend is diagnosed with cancer for a second time. On reflection - I was glad I’d made the decision to leave my job to be able to survive what came next. All said and done having my son clarified I needed to be sterilised and never do pregnancy again and changed my drive and direction (being bed bound has that affect!) although I love him our relationship is teaching me so much. My daughter getting pregnant at the time was very challenging (abusive boyfriend and so much more) but I have a wonderful granddaughter who arrived on my 40th party, which I missed as I was there for her birth and cut the cord (and like me she too is a ♎︎☉, ♌︎ rising although she is an ♒︎☾ and I’m a ♓︎☾) (as a side note we are 4 generations of ♎︎ ☉, including my mum and daughter). I was also able to be there for my best friends journey and battle with cancer (she’s a fighter) and this brought me so much closer to my own spirituality and faith. So who knows what’s to come but I have died and been reborn so many times through these experiences and more.

We had relocated to small town so I was paid $10/hr for same work I was paid $50/hr for in city. I was definitely sacrificing my plans to be stay home mom to my daughter in order to support the family. 2012 I was pursuing a side gig in metal detecting for gold and was quite successful at it. I was having fun, getting super strong and fit and being in nature every day. Probably my most healthy period thus far. I spent a lot of time with an important soulmate who was my mining partner (met in 2010) and we were both awoken to a spiritual path. We no longer hang out but are still connected in magical and humorous ways.

There is a guru called Mohanji who had ash coming out of top of his head while he was glowing golden. He was among people who saw it. It is said that he burned off karma and was enlightend, and it was my first time ever to realise the meaning of that expresion. You might want to take a look at his experience. I've always read the nodes in the context of North one is where "you should" go towards to, while South leave behind. I am writing this because, and I stopped the video here for a moment, I found interesting your comment about the NorthN being portrayed as the juicy, golden thing to strive for in evolutionary astrology. My studies about astrology in general is very very limited and the nodes are something I'd like to know more about in order to understand my chart better. But what I've gathered is that the SouthN is the juicy one, it somehow represents what we already know (from past lives), hence easy to fall back to and have comfort in it. While the North gives you the challenge, it doesn't even sell itself as golden because there is a supposed total apprehension at first, but it is nonetheless the best to cultivate and appreciation for it eventually comes. There seems to be so many interpretations, even contradictory to one another, that it makes it so much more difficult to understand these points.

I was born with my north node in Taurus 1st house, 27 degrees and my south node in Scorpio near my natal Saturn at 23 degrees and natal Pluto is 4degrees Scorpio. I looked back on my last transit with the north node into Taurus. It was some of my harder years; I turned 18 and was kicked out of my mom's house then a while later kicked out of my dad's house and got three jobs. I rented my first apartment where I was bit by a hobo spider 18 times on my thigh... Not fun! Even though I worked a lot, I was out in nature by myself on my time off, listening to philosophy audio CDs, and dove deep into Buddhism. I hung out with a boy I liked who said he fell in love with me but he knew I was saving to leave the state at the end of the summer. I had to leave him here. He later told me that my leaving crushed him and he became an alcoholic. When I moved away I was sexually abused by a roommate and did not want to go home, so I took a train as far south as I could go, to San Diego with positive vibes and ended up being raped by my best friend's boyfriend. That was my first, It was horrible! I was in shock and I felt it was my fault. I was scared about telling the police and did not-I regret that. I told my best friend who was dating him and she ignored it, marrying him a few years later 😏. I went back to Idaho where I was from and signed up to go to college where I met my first husband of 12 years. When the nodes were flipped, north node Scorpio, south node 1st house, and Jupiter was in Taurus, my first house-I got pregnant and had my first baby, a boy born Oct. 26. A Scorpio sun with his north node conjunct my south node AND his Saturn was in Scorpio, like mine. I do have to say, it was a very hard time caring for my baby who had reflux and wouldn't go to bed till 4 am, would only sleep sitting up on my shoulders, or while nursing or bouncing him on a yoga ball. I was overloaded with responsibility and felt very alone in the parenting tasks! Not to mention my declining health due to hormone imbalances from my lack of sleep. But I was happy to have my boy! I didn't miss a wink. Now, with the north node coming back to my first house, I'm wrapping up a book I've been writing for the past 6 years. (9th house Capricorn with Sun conjunct Neptune and Moon conjunct Jupiter) the story is about me and all my scorpionic love relationships and semi-toxic relationship with my father. I talk a lot about my gardening, spending time writing in nature, my service projects, and working the farmer's markets. The best part is the astrology which I go into detail on how it lead me to my new husband-exactly on the day when Jupiter hit my natal Saturn and started going retrograde. My current husband was my first kiss on my 16th birthday, his 15th. Yep, we have the same birthday on December 23 and even though he's a year younger, we both have Neptune conjunct our suns in Capricorn perfectly! The Taurus, full moon eclipse-November 19, 2021-directly on my north node 27. I sat in the Barnes and Noble cafe all evening wrapping up my manuscript and printed my first copy for myself!! I'm *concerned* because Taurus / Scorpio rules my 12/6 axis, and it's like either way you look at it it will point specifically back to my Mars in Gemini, 12H. Venus rules my 5H, Mars 11 and Venus in Aries is in my 11. One theme I do see off the top of my head is one of my friends from high school that I distanced myself from and then reconnected with during the Venus Rx ..is moving away. And you mentioned thinking back to 2003/2004, I believe that was another time I moved too. The Ocean is a very large place so if a fish was swimming along and wasn’t aware of his surroundings and furthermore doesn’t care, then the sowing of the reaping does come back around to bite you 🤦‍♀️ ( Cause and Effect ) because a Large Predator Fish will show up and have a great dinner! What you sow is definitely what your going to reap because the energy always comes back to the sender. I had more of the traditional thoughts on karma: with each lifetime of experiences, by way of these experiences, we become evolved souls. As we evolve with each lifetime in this physical world, we would eventually have transcended to a spiritual level of peace outside of the material, physical world. But if karma is just karma no matter what because we are in a material, physical world, then I began to wonder about the saying, "reaping what you sow". However, Astrology can help us understand better some of these matters: Saturn is considered a planet of karma. Saturn is exalted in Libra so it would seem, while we are in this physical world, balance in life, especially in relationships, would be something someone wanting to generate "good or positive" karma would strive towards. Looking forward to this shift as a Sagittarius Rising (with Saturn conjunct Asc at 12 degrees). This upcoming eclipse is conjunct my AC and natal Saturn which actually squares natal Jupiter in the 4th. Anyone have interesting interpretations? (Metaphorically and symbolically only 😅) Surrendering to Krishna's mercy and letting go of that path, it's important to note that Mars was transiting my Libra nodal placement during a Pisces full moon (opposite of my Pisces sun Virgo full moon natal axis) on the day I surrendered to my Gurudev.
