Well you didn't really say what the woman was complaining about... the woman was complaining that the jacket wasn't water proof that she was a drowned rat and that she wasn't impressed with the jacket. Who ever said let's record us sending her a new one via a chopper...Genius,...it was probable cheaper then a whole song a dance, one photograph one jacket one drone, one chopper one happy customer and edit. North Face rainjackets are overpriced and not good. I avoid it to buy (i live in Switzerland). I like really waterproof rain clothes.

I feel like it’s horrible marketing, that means they’re willing to sell you a falsely advertised product, then only take care of the problem after you are tiktok famous and complain about the experience publicly. Once I heard about this I knew I’d never buy any of their products. I’ve also be looking into if they own any sub-companies and will not be supporting them either.
