However, this didn't reduce the number of late parents, it actually increased it. I always watch NL play the game to get a general understanding of how it works. Then try it myself and gain a sense of superiority because I’m better than he was at the start, but only because I already watched him crawl through the muck of the brand new player experience. Only after all that can I come in to backseat with mid level advice that has a 50% chance of being wrong because I got my foundation from watching him in the first place.

Tbh, the "This deals quadruple crit [Damage]" explanatory text is pretty ass. It could mean: A. Quadruple the total damage dealt when an attack is a crit B. Quadruple the damage added to the total when a crit is made C. Replace damage when a critical attack is made (double the normal damage) with a quadruple of normal damage You could easily say that any of these is "obvious" or "logical". It doesn't surprise me that chat was so divided there. Of course, playing the game before going Type A would help in that case.
