Thats wild. That guy made it look so simple just skidding down through that little slit in between thr two rock ledges. Major props to him!

great job on notch. best video i have seen at capturing steepness of it.

I appreciate that. And even this video doesn’t do it justice! It is so scary!

Just went to Moab, you’re insane for riding even the Snotch- much less notch. Major props and thanks for the video!

They are two very scary lines! It was my buddy Izzy that rode the Notch. I chickened out and didn’t want to get hurt on day one of vacation. ;) Haha. He is gnarly. The Snotch scared me too! Thanks for watching. Rubber side down. ;)

You made the second part of snotch look easy. It’s steep, off camber and usually coated in slippery sand. Very spooky. Nice work!
@GoFastDontCrash Жыл бұрын
I appreciate that. I think it was all about the momentum. I stayed against the wall to the left. I watched someone try and go slow and drop down the line to the right and go OTB. :( Was so happy and fortunate to finish the day with no crashes or mechanicals. Thanks for watching! ;)

I’ve walked down both of them. This is next level riding. If you’ve seen them you know.

I appreciate that! Definitely a “stand out” feature of the Enchilada!

I walked the Snotch last November. Couldn't take the risk. If it was closer to home I might of tried. Too old at 56 now to risk a broken bone!
@andrewrivera4029 Жыл бұрын
TWE is a rip, it doesn’t boil down to one feature it is an epic ride that any serious MTB’er should not avoid because of. I’ve done TWE and 1/2TWE a bunch of times and have walked the snotch and the notch and I sleep great at night and with no injuries!
@GoFastDontCrash Жыл бұрын
I completely agree! I unfortunately only got to ride Hazard down. I did not ride the Notch. Just my buddy Izzy. I wasn’t ready to get hurt on day one of MTB vacation either! Maybe if it was my backyard trail. But I was happy and comfortable enough to get the Snotch done. Thanks for watching! Rubber side down. ;)

Awesome riding! I got the Snotch but didn’t even go check out the notch!

The Notch was scary! I didn’t actually ride it, just my buddy Izzy. If it was my backyard trails I’d maybe go for it, but wasn’t gonna risk it on my first ride on vacation. Video doesn’t do justice how steep it is!

@@GoFastDontCrash I feel you … the Snotch was just on the edge of “doable” for me - especially on vacation - miles from support. I’m working on the videos from all the Moab rides now - can’t wait to get them up on my channel - did dead horse, slickrock, porcupine rim, and captain ahab
@GoFastDontCrash Жыл бұрын
Exactly! Captain Ahab was probably my favorite. Was so dusty when I was there though that my videos weren’t the best. Had to scrap a lot. I’ll keep an eye out for your stuff. ;)

Nice work, Notch is insane and Snotch is really really hard. Way to go guys.

Thank you, I chickened out on the Notch, maybe if it wasn’t day one of Vacation. Haha. Soooo steep.

@@GoFastDontCrash yea... on video it looks soooo much easier than real life.

The Notch isn’t even a MTB line; closer to rock climbing; trail goes through it because there’s no other way through on this side (opposite the right side Snotch). Although he had a dab, it’s still crazy that he got down this. Love that he got a spot-never seen that w/MTB. Again, more like bouldering.
@GoFastDontCrash7 ай бұрын
Agreed, so scary. I was totally ready to catch him. Haha. An OTB there would be horrifying.

I did the Notch last Saturday super early morning, was scary as hell and even worse with no one on LPS the entire ride! Definitely made me think of consequences a bit more. Sick riding, these sections are so much gnarlier in person.
@GoFastDontCrash2 жыл бұрын
Well done riding the Notch! You are right, so much scarier in person! I didn’t ride it, didn’t want to ruin my vacation on day one with a crash.
@travisradke33172 жыл бұрын
@@GoFastDontCrash Right on, Moab goes from 0-100 so fast, smart to be cautious out there. LPS was one of the best rides I've ever done, definitely want to do a half Enchilada next season.
