It didn't. What got him killed was the freestyle he did on the radio in L.A. a week before he was killed. He was rapping part of "Long Kiss Goodnight" where he was throwing subliminal shots at Pac, and of course by that time Pac was already dead.

Yes it did. We were bumping this song when it came out and everyone west of the Mississippi were saying "he better not go" ...Everyone knew he should have never went back after Pac died. Check out E40 interviews. He almost got it in the bay area and 40 gave him a pass and rushed him to the airport. He should have learned then. But guess who talked him into going to LA?!?!. Hmmm. RIP BIGGIE.
