Herculean Indeed...remembers Forms of Fiction class! Enjoyed the listening to this most amazing lecture particularly the two types of the novel...I do prefer the natural form for ease of flow if there is a twist or two.

Sir Joshua's painting of Johnson in his thoughtful mood is captioned as c.1856. That is incorrect by nearly a century. I do enjoy the Gresham lectures. Many thanks.

We watch Prof Jack observing Johnson through his creation. Is this video more than entertainment?

I think this work is a little too much for her however I applaud her efforts very much.
