Labianca was importing large quantities of fresh chicken and paying reduced import duties on orders from Jubilee House. In return she was heavily supporting the NPP. She was hurting the local poultry business and cheating on taxes. On top, she was labeling the expensive chicken parts as less expensive parts to attract lower duty. Agyapong knew this but looked the other way.

Before the 2020 elections Kennedy Agyapong said he knows a house in Accra where Mahama is hiding stolen money and also accused Mahama of burning markets in Ghana. He did not take his evidence to police but rather insulted Mahama. Now Mahama has won the 2024 elections. In any serious country this alone would have ended Agyapong's political career.
