Fighters need to be at their best for their fights. Here's the number one mistake they make...
If you're a boxer/ martial artist looking to increase your striking speed / power. Make sure to check out the resistance bands I'm wearing. They help you 2x your striking speed! It's my own brand and you can get it from: jimartialarts.com/products/re...

This is great advice, having my first fight a couple weeks from now, and i'm gonna try to keep my fighting style that i've practises and to not do it a way that i haven't practised just because it's safer. I'm physically ready, now i just need to focus on keeping my mentality in order.

I play live music every weekend in front of a lot of people. I was already pretty outgoing and confident but after years of this im like Tony Kroos now. literally ice cool nerves zero anxiety in any aspect of life. When i fight i get 0 nerves. So i really recommend everyone to just consistently do something in front of loads of people like music or public speaking or whatever you can do anywhere. Anything where you doing something/talking in front of many people. I really think it will help people mentally.

Coming from fighting games this is absolutely true, fear of loss can lead to risk avoidance and passive play The importance of mental fortitude is enough that when hungrybox won one of his most challenging tournaments, he literally gave massive credit to his psychologist who he'd worked with before doing his matches

@@aayushsangwan729 What I’ve started doing is just being in a very small calorie surplus instead of trying to bulk up all at once. And trying to gain hypertrophy by increasing the volume of the weights I’m lifting instead of intensity. Volume over intensity for gains and creatine I’m seeing progress but not by a whole lot but still trying.

Calisthenics and more calisthenics. Go on runs. Don’t eat more than you need to. Eat until you’re full. Simple is better, don’t overcomplicate it.

There's TOO MUCH information out there. Our mind, body and spirit can only operate well when things are balanced and in tune. Everyone preps and gets in peak form differently for fights. There is no one size fits all system. Conor McGregor feeds on the extravaganza. GSP finds that he is better off having a calmer state even though he says he always gets scared. Fedor just takes every fight like another day in the office. Different strokes for different folks. Unfortunately, we all have to learn from experience. Bad or good. Win or lose. We have to learn something.
