9:34 Her C2 is the most valuable to increase burst damage but her C3 levels her burst up therefore getting more damage. A lotta people stop at C2 though

Dragonsbane is the best EM polearm for her. Nothing else provides as much EM as it does.

Kitain cross spear and moonpiercer has pretty good passive for em raiden though, kitain gives extra energy and skill dmg while moonpiercer gives lots of atk in dendro team. But ofc, dragonsbane has the most em, so its probably better for hyperbloom where em on your electro is priority.

Correction: If Raiden has an Engulfing Lightning, She needs ER sands, Electro Goblet If Raiden has a The Catch, She needs Atk sands, Electro Goblet If Raiden has a Wavebreaker fin, She needs ER sands, Electro Goblet or Atk Goblet. She also doesn't need EM at all if she is not in a HyperBloom or Aggravate/ Spread comp. Maybe EM can be a little useful in Rational because she occasionally does overload or overcharged however its not gonna be much of an increase since its mostly Xiangling and Xingqui vape. So it'd be much better to just have more crit, ER and Atk instead.

300 er is over capping and you’d lose out tryna achieve that 220-270 are the best ranges.

By listening to your comments I get the impression you don’t know much about Raiden. For example, if you have her signature weapon, it’s better to have electro goblet. For sands, always always favorite energy recharge. Please take a look at a content creator like Iwintoloose for example he might give you some tips 😜

Yeeeey I was in the video ( 12:47 ), i know i got a 9/10 however i felt i need to explain my raiden. So her weapon. I got unlucky on staff of homa banner and wished one ten pull on the next and got this one, i use raiden more than my hu tao so i put it on raiden. She has an atk goblet with same crit dmg 20 more em and 14 energy but bc I use raiden in either a national (xiangling plus bennett) or with sara, bennett that a electro goblet is more optimal. Em is needed bc of weapon and if I do a nahida+raiden comp (that's the only time when she gets the atk goblet) i need some em anyways. Her energy is 159 when I use atk goblet plus kazuha (he has xiphos) so my electro bonus is 60% while with electro goblet it's 100% and with atk goblet i have 1900k atk and without but with bennett and sara i have 2800k and in national it's closer to 3000k. This is the more optimal build but atk goblet works well enough aswell. Her most dmg was 195k burst and 35k charged atk and 16k skill dmg and 8k per tick. I'm proud to have her normal atk bc she's mostly on field and 8,9,10 just looks satisfying to me c: i love her and use her everywhere. 💜(Also she's f2p)

I tried the said optimal build. I got 143k burst while mine build got 171k so just know not everything a youtuber says is right ^^ Also not 159 but 259* and I learnt she needs max 275 energy, 3500 atk from then it's not going to be more dmg (more energy won't work in terms of dmg bc of artifact if you use emblem and she has a limit at 3500k atk more atk won't give much dmg)

I'm assuming you have an Engulfing Lightning then? That seems about right if it includes that buff. If not, that might be too much attack focus on your subs or weapon.

engulfing gives an extra 30 er for her entire burst which is most of raidens damage so its technically a 312 er raiden

Answer me why you don't need normal atk? Show me where this rules come from? Maybe for tight azz players who take a pve game more serious than pvp game that's true but for other ppl it's not. Beside you most ppl triple crown they favorite char, genshin impact isn't entirely around abyss, and abyss actually is a small side of genshin. During daily quest or fight with smaller random enemies (at least me) ppl use skill and normal atk anyway. Stop repeating it, it's getting annoying and as pve game every can whatever ever they want and they like and that's no one business and thats it. (edit:instead of insulting and/or mocking ppl and say ppl who lvl up atk is delusional, learn keep your head in your game/life and don't say anything about something that's isn't your business and also learn respect other whatever they do as long it's not cause any harm to you or other)

I wouldn't exactly deem HP a "Dead Stat" it's just less useful on certain characters. But at least it grants your team less a chance of being "Wiped" in Abyss by One-shots, because that sh-t is annoying AF. What's the point of all that dmg if your team dies almost instantly from a single lucky shot? Def is only useful for shielders and Geo..soo that stat is more "Niche" than dead to be honest.
