I guess if someone told something like in case of yours is 420 it get fit in our subconscious mind so if u seeing any time then your brain calculate the after how much time it is going to be 420 and you subconsciously see a clock for example if I subconsciously fit in my mind before sleeping that I have to wake up at 4 then I will automatically wake up at 4 and similarly If I often think of that I have to complete the syllabus in 2 days for test it somehow get completed automatically otherwise the syllabus will definitely take much more then three days Disclaimer- I am not and scientist I am just assuming that It may be possible.

Clock and Time is very common in this world, we often see time on phone, watch, clock, etc. Now the thing is that since you have consciously paid attention to 4:20 , therefore out of all the times you see, whenever you see 4:20, it feels as if it is something special. The same thing happens when you consciously think of some English word, then after that you will realize that you are seeing that English word very frequently. But the reason is again same, you are seeing that word as much as frequently as you used to see it earlier, but your mind has now started paying attention to it whenever you see it. Same happened with me last year..i use to see 44 everywhere...whenever i used to look at my phone it used to be always '44' in minutes,on streets too i used to see this number and i was simply too worried why this is happening..All i could understand is that you have to divert your mind and not get conscious about it..so eventually you will stop seeing it and even if i used to see it once in a while after all these efforts..i tried not to make it much big of a deal...it's just our brain playing with us by setting our mind on a certain pattern..so controling your thoughts and not being conscious about this pattern is best thing we can do....This pattern stayed with me for 2 months but after i practiced this formula of not being conscious about it and started diverting my mind..it eventually went away✌✌
