Pile 2 - The book quotes were something I needed to hear (the one you emphasized was eye-opening!). It's hard to let go something that has hurt me so much for so long. It's hard to be vocal about it, I struggled to bring myself to the terms of loving myself enough to recognize that it was such a horrible thing to go through, no matter how much I tried to minimize it. I want everyone to know what hurt me, I want to get away from all those negative thoughts and feelings that have made me so anxious (I've doubted justice will come my way). For a long time, I closed off to be intimate and emotional. But thankfully, it did change and it made me self aware; something I'm learning to manage. It's kinda scary because I've realized more things that had been affecting me, I'm not sure how to handle it because it's uncomfortable. I want to be stronger even if it means a little bit of outward chaos. I want to choose what I want for my life without putting others first and hurting myself again. Nevermore. His life choices directly affect myself, his brother, his father and has caused great division in our lives. I grew up with Holly Oil in my parents house, this is soo nostalgic. I`m not a mormon, I`m an ortodox by baptism and we, in our churches, use the Holly Oil (known as chrism) to draw a cross on the forehead. This oil smell really good is such a relaxing thing, is similar to essential oil if I can make a comparison with aroma therapy.
