Great choreography! Very inventive little touches added. It added a little spice to a ballet that can become routine and lose it's lustre. I would have loved to see this in person.

Very true. They are actually all little girls, but your point is well taken. This is such a fun role for these little dancers, who average 9 - 11 years old.

His jump at the beginning was awesome!!! I'm in the Nutcracker and I'm an angel and a sugar plum :(. I'm a girl but I would do anything to be the Rat King!!!! It just looks like so much fun (I really want to do it now since I've seen this rat king!).

Likeed those soilders got so much more dance then and I love that all the little mice and soilders fight everyone we never fought the little mice we fought the big ones which become dangerous and them picking us up was no fun.....some were nice others just threw you cause htey had more to do
