I haven't seen Totally Spies, but from what I heard via DeviantArt, it's even more of a fetish cartoon than The Nutshack.

The only people this show hates are those who dunk on it. So much that one minor character who appears in episodes 2 and 6 is literally a personification of most of the complaints about the show's characters.
