Taking a look at the OA Defense 2311. Going over everything I like and don't like about it after a few hundred rounds. Would you guys consider buying one?

I have the 5" 2311 and love it. Definitely took 100+ rounds to "break in", but is super smooth. I also have the Compact High Desert Sage (FDE) on order, and I expect the same from it. My Staccato CS has seen far less range time since I've gotten the 2311 (and will likely be carried far less once the 2311 FDE comes in). I really like what OA Defense is doing.

This is fire. Tell OA Defense your followers think you should keep this gun so you can do more content with it. Esthetically, this is fucking $$$!

Crazy ass looking gun
@philipgentile47692 ай бұрын
sure it looks great, but stop telling people that the look of a gun should determine if they carry it. That's sending the wrong idea to people that are new to guns or even anyone for that matter.

I think he said "if a gun looks good to you, it'll likely raise the chance that you will want to carry it" NOT "looks should determine your carry".. I think blatant misinterpretation is the actual problem in the firearm community

I don’t want to carry or even shoot a gun that’s ugly to me. My gun is an extension of my defensive capabilities, I want to like my piece in all aspects man!

Hey guys! Can you please let me know what the specs on that Tier 1 Concealed holster are? I’m looking to get one for my 2311 Compact but there’s a lot of options. Thank you!

How about getting the non ported version, & doing after market ports?

What holsters are you guys using for your compact pros? Bought a AIWB from qvo tactical but I think it’s too bulky. Love the video guys! Amazing work

You might like the Smith Concealment AIWB holster that we offer - specifically designed to minimize excess material and have a good footprint.

I had the 5” super sweet…I honestly liked it more than my staccato Only dislike were no cowitness and the slide release was kinda loose. Ended up selling it for a good piece of change

Will your Herrington Arms Glock 17 magazine extensions work with SLR Rifleworks Glock 45 magwell?

I work in the industry, don’t waste your money, at the price point just get a staccato (better fit and finish very reliable), these have been having feeding issues and honestly feels cheap and the trigger reset was gritty on the one I sampled.

He said a cheap $500 gun... damn. I though spending $700-$800 was pricey.

Handguns with safeties are a terrible idea...the holster is your safety. This gun is a bulky/heavy safe queen...it's not a reliable/practical defensive handgun. And the price makes it a hard pass. You could get a used SIG P229 (and even have the slide milled for a RDS if so desired)...it would do everything this gun does at less than 1/2 the price and do it more reliably.

at that price point youd be dumb not to get a staccato. This thing should be around the price of a prodigy.

Sad you glossed over the grip. The grip is too bulky and lacks grip, especially on the front and rear. But hey thats what we can expect from youtube reviews.

$2400!? +light +red dot! Yeah i’ll just have to stick with my ugly Glock. The gun community needs to stop overpaying for ridiculous guns. It’s gotten out of hand these companies keep releasing the same guns and charging more and more for them.
