Well honestly if you think about it even if Rainbow and Nighthaven don’t work together there is nothing really stopping Rainbow from buying certain equipment from Nighthaven which could be a plausible reason as to why Rainbow operators would have observation blockers but I still think that Mira and Osa exchanging tech is also a good theory

Seiren, a defender from Greece, would put attackers in a similar situation using audio decoys. These devices would allow her to create fake audio cues and disrupt attacker hearing.

Mira has asked rook & blackbeard for their specific gadget. Meaning, Mira probably is working behind the scenes with OSA as they both share a similar gadget in terms of design and purpose. Rook & Doc Survived Demois' attack at emerald plains meaning that they've got upgraded their gadgets somehow without an explination since they weren't able to withstand the bullets prior to this upgrade

I think that it could be a part of what Nokk picked up during her infiltration in the nighthaven base. This one's a weaker theory. On the other hand, Solis was also infiltrating nighthaven. The current lore starts with Yahata being shot with Nighthaven weapon, which led us to Deimos. So they were definitely looking for something in Nighthaven until they realized that Nighthaven had their stuff stolen. So it could very well be that Solis was looking for stuff and her gadget picked up on a prototype and she brought that with her to Rainbow. Mira and the Rainbow R&D team, with their expertise, replicated it.

I have 3 theories to fix the plot hole 1. NH already shared the tech before breaking up and Rainbow only started using them after. 2. Rainbow picked it up when following Deimos’ trail when he was leaving behind NH gear at crime scenes (Demon Veil comic). 3. It was in the files Nokk picked up at NH Labs (Vector Glare comic, Brutal Swarm animation) and Rainbow made copies.

After taking down Deimos post betrayal, it seems Nighthaven have mellowed out, realizing a war with Rainbow would be pointless, was likely engineered by Deimos to begin with, and that Harry wasn't the only leader he had been planning to assassinate.

I only reached 4:00 mark but I think it does really that complicated as we might think it is. Considering the fact that Nighthaven are PMCs, it is not out of the realm of posibility that Rainbow still can access to their technology eventhough their contracts are done and their operators left. Rainbow get those stuff by just simply buy it off much like how Osa have said during her introduction animated short when ACE asked her why Rainbow's Operators (refer as Tourist) can toying with their gears: "Because they break it, Rainbow *buy* it.". Aside from that, from a logical point, I believe it make sense that Nighthaven doesn't just provide their service with their operators (Kali; Wamai; Ace; Thorn and Osa) alone but also done through logistic and providing the necessary technology for maxium security. As such, I think it is nothing strange about Rainbow still having access to OB because those are deemed to be available to purchase. Outside Rainbow, an OB could also be used to block surveillance, prevent private investigator or prevent any creep shot by photographer over sensitive area so in R6 universe, I believe that a lot of companies do have access to these kind of stuff.

Your theory that nighthaven will be working with rainbow again is probably true, another fact to back this is that rainbow helped the ghost team in Ghost Recon Breakpoint and this game was set in 2025 and they had Finka on the mission and finka is now in nighthaven

Personally I always thought it was odd there was a NH logo on the blockers even though it was gameplay based. If anything, I think it's not wrong to theorize that potentially heads of Rainbow and NH R&D have been exchanging some notes (Mira and Osa). However, the first idea I have is that these were the last thing that Osa and Mira made whilst NH and Rainbow were working together and once the separation....both orgs agreed to both use them. Kind of like how children are custody between two parents when they are divorced and yet both parrents get some custody over the kids due to what the terms are of the agreement.
