Uh no... Andy was referring to a blonde chick who was standing in the kitchen area of the office when he said she was crazy, and to steer clear of her. For Karen he said they had an on again, off again relationship. Jim called Karen a psychopath when they were playing COD and she shot him and laughed, other than that, no one's called Karen crazy.

Some shows are more strict on how much you can show. Also if any trademark music plays during the episode you can't show that part either. These episodes are only 22 minutes long so a 10-15 minute reaction is perfectly fine. He's also a solo reactor so there's only so much talking he can do after the episode ends.
