I'm wondering if you could do stuff like this, with fan input? Seemed like Flynn had an incredible week, and it's not even halfway over. Also, Season 20 deserved to be in the top 10, fight me.

Nice list. Mine is a little different, but there are some similarities, with some updates after the previous post. I'll do my best to explain my arguments whenever necessary. 21. Season 8 20. Season 11 - hated the constant "to be continued" arcs and the editing, and I might have stopped watching if it went on any longer; the blue team was terrible, and being a guy, I usually root for the blue team; and I've said this before, but I'll say it again - I can't be as understanding as many people are in regards to JaNel's positive drug test. I can imagine Ramsay and the producers wanting an entertaining if stressful show, but not to the point where that happens. 19. Season 16 18. Season 10 - similar to Season 11, it went on too long because of the editing. Every once in a while - say, two or three times a season - is fine, but anything after that and I start to tune out. It's higher because while Robyn, Kimmie, and Tiffany were constantly causing controversy, there were moments where I understood their frustration, and the overall season with everybody else was more enjoyable. 17. Season 17 - interesting concept, but I thought it was too heavy on recent chefs, and they did it largely for ratings rather than for talent. 16. Season 2 15. Season 15 - started off reasonably decent, and was entertaining, then slipped for me once Hassan went out in Episode 7. After that, the rhythm got thrown off. 14. Season 18 - didn't like the concept; it felt rigged to me for Ariel going all the way; can't say as much about it as it was the only season I still haven't completed yet. 13. Season 1 12. Season 9 - take Elise and Carrie out of the season and this is higher for me; one of the stronger blue teams once Natalie came in; nice pacing, and you had a pretty talented group in the kitchen. 11. Season 20 - nice to see a guy win again, but it was too wholesome to the point of being boring at times. 10. Season 7 - the "forgotten" season, IMO; if Jay/Jason is strong enough to come back as a sous chef now, then it must have some good moments to it. 9. Season 4 - maybe I'm the exception to the rule, but I actually liked Season 4; it was entertaining in both good and bad ways. Plus, I don't think Christina M is that bad of a winner. Maybe she was too inexperienced, but certainly better than I think she gets credit for. 8. Season 13 - Sterling's personality raises it a little higher for me, because I actually didn't like a lot of the chefs this season. Plus, I see LaTasha as a good, but not great, winner. It was a decent season, but a little too forgettable. 7. Season 21 - I would put this higher, but I need to give it time first. 6. Season 5 - an entertaining season, with two good finalists, some good mid-range talent, and even one of the weaker chefs like Seth was incredibly entertaining in his own way. 5. Season 3 4. I guess a small fun fact for Season 9. Season 9 was the first season to have any black jacket chef produce a good signature dish(earning a point or 3-5) The only other seasons to do so were 14/18/20.

I personally agree with a lot of how these rankings came out! Obviously some things would be different for me but not as much as I thought it would be. Here would be my ranking of all 21 seasons. 1. S12 (Drew is out of his mind LOL he should give it a proper rewatch!) 2. S6 3. S14 4. S4 5. S17 6. S10 7. S15 8. S7 9. S18 10. S19 11. S5 12. S3 13. S1 14. S9 15. S13 16. S21 17. S11 18. S8 19. S20 20. S2 21. S16

I always tried to cheer on for one guy in each season, but I really struggled to that with Season 16 as the blue team was very unlikable. As much as I would have liked to cheer on Devon, he really started to have inconsistent performances as the competition went on. I do think this season did deserve to be in last, I forgot which season I put here. I am kinda upset to see Season 9 ranked so low, thanks Elise. This was the season I started watching Hell's Kitchen after watching Masterchef for the first time. Will was a powerhouse throughout this season and deserved the win, I am just glad Elise didn't make it to top 2. I am surprised that the Elizabeth going dumb moment in episode 6 is not being talked a lot, like this is one of the worst performances in a challenge. I was really hyped for Season 17 after hearing the theme of it (at this point I caught up on all seasons except for Season 2). When the cast was revealed, I was like eh it's alright. I really liked everyone in the blue team though I was iffy on seeing Giovanni and Benjamin after how they ended their seasons. Thank god their characters changed for the better, if only I could say the same for others. I do think that Nick and Van had the most unfair eliminations in this season. It kinda sucks that Josh was a little too laid back at this time compared to his performance on Season 14 (I guess you can it that, or it could've been worded better). Season 5 is where the talent level really started to take off (after watching some of the older seasons), as the signature dish challenge showed some promise of how this season will go. Besides Lacey and Giovanni's final 6 service, there was not much to dislike about this season. Season 14 I cannot stop rewatching because of how good it is. Talented casting, not that many bad personalities that could make the season unwatchable for some. The weak links were obvious and didn't last long. As much as I wanted to see Milly in the final 2 against Meghan because of the rivalry they had, I was not surprised to see T there instead as she was really good too (we don't talk about Season 18 T). It's a shame this season did not make it to the number one spot, but I'll take second.

It is not my favorite season, but it had the most EPIC Final Service. Kevin v. Dave and Paula v. Danny are my 2 favorite Finals. I also liked their top 4. Tennille v. Chef Ramsay was it's most memorable because she stood up to him, survived that and made a Black Jacket!

season 9 is honestly one of my favorites. the blue team (jonathon and above) were amazing. the red team is obviously kind of bad but only elise mainly.

I would consider 19 and onwards as part of the current new school era. Also maybe unpopular opinion: I’m not actually the biggest fan of the new jacket style. Being an older fan I’m more accustomed to the older style. I think the silhouette is cleaner then the original jackets. I wish the new jackets just had more color on them so it’s a little more obvious in scenes where the camera is farther away from the chefs so you could tell easier what team they’re on. Also love the stream great to get to hear from these two awesome contestants! I agree with these rankings almost whole hearted. I would move a few around but some I think are pretty spot on.

Contestants I wanna see come back to HK (If they do another returning contestants season) -Ji -Raj -Sterling -Robert (Third time’s the charm?) -Boris (Probably the most decent person of the S8 blue team. Would be interesting to see if/how he’s improved.) Also, if we get another returning contestants season, I really want to see Dave as a Sous Chef.

The character range was fairly bland and alot of dislikeable characters, also Eddie and Hassan getting eliminated when they did was unfair since they were one of the most likable characters. I guess since Jackie lasted as long as she did she was one of the most iconic characters and she also came through for Ariel on the final service when Dani walked out

It's funny I'm looking at ultra's shirt and technically speaking Hell's Kitchen started in 2004 not 2003. But if you want to be really technical technically Hell's Kitchen started in the United Kingdom back in 1999 I believe there was only four seasons of it before it got kicked. So maybe they're going with film starting in 2003. After his four series as they call it in the United Kingdom The US loved the concept and invited Gordon to come over and create an American version of the show.

I TOTALLY AGREE! So many people dismiss her in favor of Christina which I find ridiculous. Season 10's Red Team and cast were so chaotic with the personal attacks, personal not professional nominations, that I believe it made Christina's road to Black Jacket and victory actually easier. Meghan had real competition and truly demonstrated leadership. The example are their treatments on the targets. Christina wasn't supportive of Barbie as she was attacked. I noticed as Monique was regularly nominated, she told the entire team to pull themselves together. She stated that as long as Monique was on the team they had to work together, period! That's REAL leadership. Christina even thought Barbie planned on being how she was to get a Black Jacket. Christina never defended Barbie which a leader would have. I believe it is Christina is seen on Hell's Kitchen and Ramsay's programs platforms regularly is the model of winning Hell's Kitchen is why she is most popular. Meghan made far fewer mistakes and had more formidable competition.
