I really feel like it would be much better practice to reveal prior to people purchasing. The “surprise” factor ends up with people getting things they don’t want and it ends up in the garbage or the thrift store or giving it away. I’d love to buy a box I know I want and love everything prior. Every box I’ve bought had several items I didn’t like or want. After the ski jacket debacle I won’t be buying more unless the way it’s done changes.
