That's Josh Freese, a great drummer that gets hired by a lot of acts! He's played with Guns N Roses, Nine Inch Nails and is a member of Devo and (pop/skate) punk band The Vandals. I'll hopefully have some footage of him playing with The Vandals during their Christmas show happening later this month!
