The Ojai Foundation's beautiful 40-acre center has been stewarded with mindful care and attention to simplicity and beauty for over thirty years. The Council House, our round meeting hall, is ideal for groups of all kinds including: council circle, meditation,yoga, relationship work, dance, healing,voice,movement and more. When I travelled from Australia to work in California forty years ago, I discovered this place. They taught me how to meditate and I had great adventures and lessons with a resident called "Brother John" and a beautiful woman resident who taught me a little pottery. A very special time, the spirit of which I brought back to my life in Australia.

My spirituality began here. It is within my heart every day. I now live in Florida and would so love to visit again. This is a miraculous sacred place. I did a vision quest among the walnut trees and was given the name tooth mother. To visit and spend time there is a gift to your soul. Thank you for an awakening that is within me to this day
