What content do you need Okeanos for?

L/D are pretty much good anywhere, especially in Region and Dimension Defense. Water is good for Region defense. Wood and Fire are good for Dimension Defense

Jerod is correct. She is for titans/apophis/select stages of Balzac (stages 5-6).
