2:39 the reason for this is because In the story at this point Krillin is using his "stealth mode" -tfs and trying to make it to gru's by avoiding Vegeta and enemies. Obviously Vegeta is faster than Krillin so him going max power is only going to get him noticed as Vegeta has learned ki sense at this point and well... Max speed Vegeta vs max speed Krillin... Well...more like, Frieza dealt with a Super Saiyan, by reverse punching Trunks in the face, knocking him out. And also, throwing one of his classic techniques at him, the Death Ball, and literally blowing up the earth. Frieza seems a little bit, I don't know, mad about something...maybe? Could just be me. He could be mad because he was supposedly killed by Goku on Namek, and wanted revenge, or maybe it's because an Android linked his soul to someone else, and he can't use his full power, could be because he also has to team up with the same Saiyan that killed him, in some tournament, just so he can come back to life again, could be anything really.

@@ProtoOrCly One of Frieza's special moves is called the Death Ball, the giant sphere shaped energy ball you see him throw in the video, and Goku fought Frieza on Namek, and beat him, which is why Frieza hates Goku, and is why he's also part cyborg when he fights Trunks, the guy with the sword and jacket, you see in the last fight of the video. Also, the linking thing happens in Dragon Ball FighterZ, story mode; in the Enemy Warrior Arc, where Frieza, the Ginyu Force, Nappa, and Cell are all revived by Android 21, who links them to artifical souls, because she wants to create clones of them, and then eat them, because she's insane. Also, Goku sent Frieza to a literal hell in Resurrection F, the movie where Frieza is bought back to life the first time, and Goku beats him, sending him back to his own personal hell, which is a place that looks like a cute little flower garden, where there's cute little animals throwing parades, constantly, and Frieza hated it there, and the tournament thing is an arc in Dragon Ball Super, the current sequel series to DBZ, and Goku and Frieza have to team up, in something called the Tournament of Power, or whatever. But I'm guessing none of this makes sense, to you, right? I don't blame you. I haven't even seen Super yet, because I don't watch TV as much as I used to, and I haven't seen RF in a while, so i might be misremembering some things, and if you haven't seen any of DBZ yet, then I'm sorry for possibly ruining any of the fights for you, especially the Goku vs Frieza on Namek fight.

Me neither, but then again, a whole lot of story fights don't happen at the World Tournament arena, and the Cell Games dropped that rule after the first person who competed(Mr. Satan, the current world martial arts champion), gets knocked out of the ring by Perfect Cell's slap, and when Super Saiyan Goku steps into the ring, and Cell suggests they drop the ring out rule, because it's more fun without it, and the Mr. Satan fight, wasn't even a real fight, because if you blink, you missed it, oops, it's over.

Don't worry though. After Tien lost the fight, he made a promise to get clean, and stop popping capsules/performance enhancing capsules; and go back to fighting like an honorable fighter again. And after, him and Chiaotzu fly off, to go train honorably, under the Turtle School, and go back to the basics of fighting, and that's the story of how Tien eventually became a student of the Turtle School, in the original Dragon Ball, and train under Master Roshi, who's training school has produced such legendary fighters like Krillin, Goku, and even Yamcha, some of whom, have competed in the 21st, 22nd; and 23rd Budokai Tenkaichi(World Tournament). But I can't believe the tournament ref would even slack off like this, letting an honorable man(especially one like Tien), take performance enhancing capsules, since it's stated in the Budokai Tenkaichi rules that those are illegal to take. I know; Goku's probably the toughest Saiyan, in the series, but geez, Tien, you could at least fight with honor, and if you lose, you lose, but don't start popping capsules...that's not how you win the match. Both the tournament announcer and Tienshinhan should be ashamed of themselves for that; but hopefully, Tien's promise to get clean and fight as honorably as he used to, is true. I mean, even Chiaotzu was disappointed by seeing the one person he looks up to, popping performance enhancing capsules, mid match. The amount of sadness and pain in Chiaotzu's eyes, was hard to watch, not going to lie. And thus concludes the story of how the Tien vs Goku fight went in the original Dragon Ball. Tien went clean, and Goku keeps saving the world every time.
