THE OLD MAM TOR ROAD - DERBYSHIRE PEAK DISTRICT

Based at Castleton Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite I cycle the old Mam Tor Road. The former main road suffered many closures due to landslides before a final decision to no longer attempt repairs. The distorted remains look quite atmospheric in the fog whilst my cycle ride on a clearer day shows the fantastic surrounding countryside.
