The Old Rail Trail Westmeath

A short visit to the 42km Old Rail Trail, from Moate Station. The Trail runs on a converted stretch of the former Midlands Great Western Railway between Athlone and Mullingar and is part of the proposed Galway to Dublin Cycleway. Photos and production by Brian Byrne for Kilcullen Diary.
