The Old Town

The Kongsten Fortress is Located in the old town in Fredrikstad or Gamlebyen.it was begun in early 1680 's and finish in 1685.a small redoubt of earth and timber was built on the top of a cliff,when Norway was waging one of its many wars with Sweden.
