The Old Version of Kyler Murray Deserved Criticism

Arizona Cardinals 2.0 is in full swing and things seem to be well on their way back to relevancy for the organization. Spirits are up, talent on the roster is much-improved and more balanced than ever, and Kyler Murray is in the middle of all of it. Kyler Murray, since tearing his ACL two seasons ago, has become a completely different person. He's put the work in to ingratiate himself to his teammates, coaches, fans, and most importantly, he seems more comfortable with himself in the public eye as an NFL quarterback. That wasn't always the case though. Former NFL wide receiver Brice Butler went on a podcast recently and had some intense criticism on Kyler Murray. While considering the source is valid here, it's important to discuss one more time before officially pivoting away from the things Kyler Murray used to do, or not do. I don't listen to the bs criticisms of Kyler. A person had to be blind to not see what happened in 2021 with OL/DHop/ Watt injuries. The OL never played well after injuries hit - they were on the field hobbling. The OL collapse was predictable in the '21 offseason.

Ertz played in every game in 2021..

My error. I mixed up '21 and '22 with Ertz, but he was a mid-season pickup and had a hammie with the Eagles in Sept. That doesn't change the major problems all around on offense to finish the season.

All the good things going with the organization is because of Monti and JG as for Kyler’s early years I blame Keim and Kliff bad coaching and terrible player development. Kyler’s always been competitive and he hates losing.

Technically yes Kyler is on his 6th year, however it’s his first season where he gets to start with the other starters with the new regime. Old regime is outdated and irrelevant at this point. Time to enjoy the new
