Im a 64 year old woman from a small town called Yukon, Oklahoma. I listened to Sam Cooke, Aretha Franklin and Ray Charles, because my mom loved soul music more than Frank Sinatra and those other singers of the standards back then. She taught me to live by "The Golden Rule", which i have done my entire life and always will! Listening to this young man sing one of my favorites of Sam Cooke's songs, it was like he was alive once more!!!! You really do have an amazing talent!!!!

Sam Cooke was an amazing singer taken long before his time. Look up his work. Chain Gang, Another Saturday Night, and Everybody Likes To Cha Cha are three of my personal favorites. Very upbeat. He has a lot of (understably) somber stuff, too.
