The oldest known horse training instructions in history (1400 BCE), is in Kurdish language.

This is a historical finding. Until today the language of the oldest known horse training instructions, dated 1400 BCE, known as Kikkuli text, has never been adequately identified (identified as Hittite with Hurrian words). In fact the only people who can understand the text, are the Kurds, the indigenous people of Anatolia and Mesopotamia. The language is in the older form of Kurdish and can be understood by an average Kurd.

Thracians were Vedic...says Frits Staal in.Discovering the Vedas. The Mittani had Vedic gods.Thracian was discovered written in Samothrace where Thracian Orpheus introduced people to religious mysteries. Thracian is compared to Anatolian languages. So i think Kurdish although modern, because it conserved words with little change should be considered for comparing to Thracian. Thracians were also raising horses and were famous for how they decorated their horses...saddles, reins, bridles, bits...
