Putting aside the fact that she is a woman in the military facing all sorts of patriarchal structures, which itself is a whole other experience worth recounting, I wish more commanders, especially when recruits first enter NS in BMTC, would adopt her mentality of growth and care towards the recruits. Too many people have told me, my own experience included, how demotivating and self-depracating BMT experience is like. Perhaps if more commander spoke and acted like Margaret, BMT will be more memorable and meaningful for all

@@alphaomega9387 There are other factors that can lead to death. To put it simply, your brain was "programmed" or set to expire on a certain date in your life, so eventually even if you have a good immune system or immortal youth, your brain will just shut off when it's due and you will essentially die.

Fitness is impt. DIET or Sensible Eating with Awareness - when to Eat, what to eat & how to chew to hv great energy is much much much more impt. Our aim is to get our body slim & fit - feeling light yet strong in our bones, easy to bend n move around. It's not of being fast. It's about understanding our body anatomy n getting ourselves energised naturally via RIGHT eating which heals every organ n also loving n being grateful to every organ which is actually helping us to perform many tasks in a day.😇💖🤩
