(blue baby), the lamb, mega Satan, hush, delirium,mother, and the beast it counts. Greed mode doesn’t count as it makes it completely impossible. So for the sake of making it possible, ultra greed and ultra greedier do not count. Of I missed one of your points feel free to go “ackchtualy, you missed this obscure reason” go ahead. Just kidding, don’t bother. I don’t want to start a comment war. Don’t think you want to as well.

I had a very fun run myself today. I was trying to unlock Bethany. I had dr fetus, tech x and psy fly. I also had the Beelzebub transformation. Combined with Bobby bombs I had bombs chasing down delirium with a laser ring around them and was practically invincible with psy fly. I got hush, issac, blue baby, mega Stanley, and delirium. I hope this run turns out as good as mine was.

Sinvicta, you can generate a secret room item via judgement card. Once you get a pedestal payout re-roll that and it pulls from the rooms item pool. Same with wheel of fortune as well. Any item pedestal spawning plus d6 can result in secret room item pool. Also judgements pedastal in the stairway store can be re-rolled into angel deal item as well.
