Thanks for the video. The Ghost Bridge is an amazing structure. Usually, my boat is a few feet above it as I'm fishing the reservoir. Its been shocking & sad to see the reservoir this low though.

Apparently they were doing maintenance on the dam or something like that. I as well have never seen the reservoir this low. I remember being a teen in Parsippany, and being able to walk out to the island of the Boonton Reservoir. I hope the fish will venture back in the Oak Ridge Reservoir and you can get your boat out again and enjoy the solitude!
