When tough times come pray together about the situation. You both can find scriptures dealing with what you are going through. You both can speak those Scriptures over yourselves, your family, and marriage. Also finding a good marriage devotional that you and your spouse can read everyday together is very helpful. I prefer the daily marriage devotionals. Each day are about 1-2 pages long, so it does not take too much time to go through them everyday. You can find devotionals at most book stores or online. Take time to enjoy marriage. Go for walks mini- vacations, cook together, watch movies together etc. The biggest thing is both you and your spouse pray together about everything. You will see God move in your marriage!
