I wore a DeSantis ankle holster for many years with a J-Frame "back-up" gun with the Sheriff's dept. but mine has a strap that hooks on to the holster and goes up to the calf muscle and wraps around. Gives much more support than just the ankle holster. Just got a Galco Miami II shoulder holster for the Shield Plus/45 today. Wow is it great, don't even know that gun and two mag's are on ya. I love it, by the way great video I've always liked the DeSantis products.

I use DeSantis IWB and OWB leather holsters for my .45 Shield, and I love them both. I've had Galco products as well, and I prefer the DeSantis products - they're less expensive comparatively, and their quality is better in my opinion. Good video, brother.

It's an OK review BUT you didn't show the weapon engaged in ANY of the holsters. When it comes to holsters ALL demonstrations are about FIT. That can only be done visually !!

For my everyday pocket carry for my Shield9, deSantis leather 'Pocket-Tuk'. 4yrs. now. Multi angle position + pocket holster. No printing. Comfortable.$30.

Love the military lanuage, your correct once you serve in the military you are train to speak that lanuage, so, its not a gun its a weapon, its not bullets its amo, love it.

And it still annoys the shit out of me, decades later…😂. It IS a gun if it shoots bullets. A weapon can be ANYTHING, a stick, rock, pencil, howitzer, M2, whatever. Calling an M-16 a gun should be 100% acceptable, since that’s what it IS.

I love the DeSantis Speed Scabbard holsters. I have 3 of those for various handguns. You can carry and conceal quite large handguns with the Speed Scabbard if you don’t have to tuck your shirt. Love those for OWB carry. For the Shield 45, I use an IWB Kydex holster from We The People holsters at the 4:30 position.

Very helpful information. Friendly comment: you are showing black items against a black tee shirt. Hard to see clearly. Holsters are not well lit because all your lighting is directed at the workbench instead of the product. Plus, you occasionally dropped the product below the viewing area so we could see you but not the product.
