As a Legend player, I completely disagree with this entire tier list. Let me explain why: 1.) GSK is absolutely essential on certain ranked gamemodes like CTF, Occupy, and Control. Having either barbed wire or ADS trophy system can ensure that your team can defend a point with relative ease, without needing to worry about getting flanked or naded. The Barbed wire can be a very powerful deterrent, and it can offer crucial sound queues to help you get easy kills. It can also work as a way to bait DedSec players into wasting their abilities or equipment. GSK deserves the Good tier. 2.) Phantom is absolutely essential on EVERY ranked gamode. If you don't have a phantom player, you're more than likely going to lose your ranked games. Mag barrier is ridiculously overpowered, it's basically a free win button. Blitz shield can be very good in Escort as well, and most high-level ranked teams will actually run TWO phantoms for Ranked Escort, just so they can easily push the point as a team. Also, a Phantom Aegis bubble can literally win you the game. Having a good bubble at the right time means the difference between winning and losing. Phantom are without a doubt, the BEST faction in the entire game. Phantom deserves the Goated tier. 3.) Libertad is probably the SECOND best faction in the game. Libertads are ridiculously overpowered with their remedio gas tank, and you could basically live forever if you know how to play your angles and head-glitches correctly with the gas. You can also always bring an ability if you die and ability-swap back and forth between remedio and biovida upon every death; that way, you don't need to wait 20/30 seconds to use an ability, and instead, you can basically always bring a healing ability every 5 seconds and skip the cooldowns. Also, the Libertad ultra is very broken, and only there are only a few ways to beat it. You need to either team-shot the libertad, or, you can take a 1v1 with them if you have an LMG or Shotgun, or maybe even a shield so you can melee them to death. Libertad deserve the Goated tier. 4.) Highwaymen are decent, but they probably have the worst Ultra in the entire game. Their ultra offers them no protection, and it's pretty awkward to use at long range. Most people just use the turret, but the grenade launcher can be very OP; getting 1-hit kills on anyone as long as you hit them directly is very busted. But I don't think they deserve the Goated tier; they're better off in the Not Bad tier. 5.) Cleaners are definitely the weakest faction in the entire game. Not only do they also have a weak ultra like the Highwaymen do, but it REQUIRES you to get close, and put yourself in a bad position. A Cleaner with firebomb can easily get 1-tapped by a Shotgun, or a killed by a Vector, or even firebombed himself. Speaking of firebomb, that ALSO requires you to get close; it's better than the ultra, but it still puts the user at a disadvantage because of the sound queues for footsteps and the bomb itself. The incinerator drone also sucks; it has way too much activation delay. The Cleaners best ability is their passive, which is only useful on certain guns. Cleaners deserve the TRASH category. Here's what your tier list should look like, imo: GOATED: Phantom, Libertad, Echelon GOOD: Dedsec, GSK NOT BAD: Highwaymen TRASH: Cleaners

I don’t play ranked but as someone who mainly plays cleaners I was telling my buddy who always complains about firebombs how the faction actually sucks. He won’t even try it because he says it’s for n00bs lol like yeah give it a try and tell me just how good it is. Like you said, the passive is the best feature and it’s still pretty unnoticeable in many cases

I think highway men are best paired with LMGS. you use the turret as your cover as you are alower and you set up shop with it. If you use smg or shotgun you usually need to be mobile and move around and turret covers your agility.

Highwaymen + lmg is an amazing combo for sure! The turret might need more of a nerf tbh I feel like the health on it is a little too much.

​@@procarsonwhen dueling a turret while strafing on average I am down to 20 hp after destroying it when engaging at the same time. I think a nerf would be fair if I was a minor health reduction like 15%.

@@procarson Its definitely fair and doesnt need a nerf. a single grenade, emp, dedsec hack ability, or sticky destroy perfectly. Also, 1v1ing them lmgs destroy them easily and still have plenty of ammo in clip.

@@yourstillwithme the question comes down to "should" the turret have an equivalent amount of health as a player or not. I think they did so because they didn't want it to be shot down before it even had made an impact. It is true it has hard counters though so it will be down to dev discretion based on player feedback and analytics.

Hijack is great especially with the turret being added ..Printing grenades is so underrated as well .. I don’t know if it’s my old man eyes but I can’t see “cloaked” enemies recently 💀 I like all the factions & I’m always switching it up which is a lot of fun 🫡

They definitely made the cloaking ability better ive seen a lot of people say it’s harder to see so I promise you’re not alone!💀 it’s always good to switch up the factions used I crutched on phantoms for way too long

The flash shield is the best ultimate in the game. Compare how long it lasts compared to other ultimates. You can easily get way more kills with it than any other ult.

That grenade launcher needs a SLIGHT buff lol maybe it needs 3 shots instead of it being buffed in another way that makes it brokenly op (or maybe it could use slightly better radius or something)

Radius buff would be great because I as many times as I used it I never got hit markers and I have not clue why💀 need to keep it balanced though for sure id rather not see a ton of people using noob tubes like the old mw2 days

​@@procarson I agree with the blast radius buff. I have yet to get a double kill with it. If the ability cooldown is 60 seconds, then they should either buff the blast radius or shorten the cooldown timer.

Only problem I’ve found recently with the hijacking ability is at times even with a clear line of sight in the equipment you want to hand sometimes it won’t work and end up dying because of it. Been only using dedsec and they are good but with the emp only lasting maybe 2-3 lives for the enemy team to me it’s good. If it locked out enemies for longer it would definitely be in the goated tier but then they’d be super overpowered. I feel like most people would put them in the lower part of their tier list because they only use the spider bot and right now it’s super inconsistent with how it works and don’t even know about how good the hijack ability is.
