We find ourselves at an impasse again, my friend. I could not make it past the first third of this book. It was a big nothing burger. Either way, glad you enjoyed it. Maybe I'll give Graham Jones another try down the road.

I did not like this book at all. I just did not grasp the basic logic of the story. It was all over the place. It subverted expectations in the sense that I did not know what was going on and had to wonder what the plot beats even were and why they were happening.
