what do you look at to find the ball? do you go from cap to release point or something else

release point; however worrying too much about finding the ball out the hand makes u lose focus on velocity; like i said, approach and knowing fastball and offspeed counts is super valuable

@@vDeadshotz Yeah this is my first MLB I max out around 750, I think that’s because of approach I have none I just swing honestly. Gonna start having an approach and see how it changes my game.
