simply put, no. witches practice witchcraft, wizards practice wizardry, these are different fields of magic. the only times they've been portrayed as gendered versions of the same thing is in harry potter and things aping off of it. witchcraft is historically pagan practices focused on communing with nature and spirits, and wizardry mainly originates in fantasy storytelling as a scholarly study of magic
