The story goes that while recording the song, Amy took a break to heat up her lunch (a tuna fish casserole), and they jokingly made it the working name of the song until they thought up a real name for release. Kind of a tongue-in-cheek reference that they slipped it in at the beginning. XD Then again, I could be completely wrong. I just remember reading that somewhere.
