The ultimate power plan didn’t work for me even tho I did put power shell as administrator but I am on laptop so I dunno if it’s the same. Also this video did not help my laptop.

I was using ultimate power plan for a very long time and my gaming laptop would suddenly drop frames (like 20 or so) after switching games. You are better off using a custom plan that tweaked the hidden advanced power options in windows. I get more consistency with my frames and latency. Khorvie Tech’s power plan, and using powersettingsexplorer to reveal the “Processor performance time check interval” (set it to 5000 if your cpu can handle it). Undervolting and a gt500 or 600 fan are your best friends.
