No ones gonna talk that shes a Vishap? Since shes dragon born, similar to Pashiv and other Melusines, they all came from Elynas, hell she can even create the bubbles Neuvi can, Neuvi is a full fledged Dragon, so does Sigewinne here.

She is not vishap, Elynas abyss dragon, from abyss realm. Vishap from light realm.

@@MorgrimKey nothing proves that shes not a vishap honestly, it is already said that even Neuvi recognises Melusines as both his dependents and successors, Sigewinne , Pashiv and all other Melusines are like I said, born from Elynas and are indeed dragonborn, a lesser dragon, a subspecies of the Vishaps. You need to learn the lore more pal, I caught up the 3+ years missed lore upon rejoining in 4.0, its not that hard. Neuvi is the Dragon Sovereign of Water, Sigewinne like other Melusines are a subspecies to the Vishaps, which explains why she can make bubbles like Neuvillete, gameplay wise and not Furina.

@@zekeaffy9647 Correction, Pahsiv isnt born from Elynas. She is a Vishap that grew to look like a Melusine. Melusines are more of sub species of dragons since unlike Vishaps that can grow to become a dragon after long enough time passes, melusines can't become dragons.
